REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENTS AND PRICES

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works alongside modern medicine.  It is similar to a foot massage but includes specific techniques to work the reflex areas.  Your appointment will last for an hour, with an additional 20-30 minutes on the first session to discuss current health and aims for the treatments.  You will sit in a comfortable reclining lafuma chair and I will work both feet using the unique finger and thumb techniques.  The sessions will improve blood and nerve flow around the body, helping it to achieve balance and aid the body's own healing.  You will feel relaxed and rested, many clients reporting improvements with their sleep quality too.
