A short balance session ideal for those with time constraints but still focused upon self care. This is also ideal for those wanting a taster session of what reflexology is like, those on a budget, under 18s and as a post workout recovery session.

TRANQUIL TOUCH
45 minute appointment - £45
A facial reflexology session where deep relaxation and tension release are the priority. With the Bergman method, this beautiful treatment is a real stress buster.
Using natural facial elixir and a variety of crystals, we stimulate the reflex areas of the face, allowing for a full body re-balance and calming of the nervous system. Many clients report improved skin and a smoothing of facial features following a treatment.

A combination of Tranquil Touch face reflexology and Bespoke Balance foot reflexology. Starting with the face, you will sink into the calm and cosy zone. Then, once you are fully relaxed, we move to the feet and start a Balance session, focusing upon your well-being aims. This session is ideal for those needing more time out and a deeper level of support.
