I didn't realise that I had developed limited movement in my shoulder until my feet told Nicky! After a couple of treatments I was able to have a much improved range of movement and less pain. Brilliant!

I was diagnosed with an atypical migraine that had been going on for two weeks. Nicky worked my feet and by the end of the first session I was feeling much clearer headed. After a quick follow up appointment I was pretty much back to normal and was able to reduce the medication the doctors had given, which were limited in their effectiveness.

Nicky completes a Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) treatment, a reflexology technique that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. I recommend RLD as a therapy.
